His Advice to the Youths

My advise to many young people is that Oil, Timber, Diamond ,Gold will get finish but the soil will remain. He who plough the soil well get paid well.Young people should be hard working, have Tenacity of Purpose that is kill fear and stay focused. There is no country in the world that ever Developed with Agriculture in its political agenda. For Young people to grow and be leaders of the next generation we must have passion,Love, and Purpose for what we do.The only thing I can spend the rest of my life doing now is Farming.
